Kevin Szabó

Kevin Szabó is the executive chef of 42 Restaurant, whose career has been shaped by the world of competitive gastronomy. He joined the Hungarian Bocuse d'Or team at a young age, while gaining experience in numerous domestic and international culinary competitions.

The experiences he gained throughout his career have fundamentally shaped his culinary philosophy: technical precision, discipline, and a deep respect for exceptional ingredients are all defining elements of his work.

In the kitchen of 42 Restaurant, he represents an international fine dining philosophy, where outstanding ingredients and modern technique meet seasonal inspiration.
