My freedom – Ádám Barna

If I must describe our kitchen with one word, that would be freedom. I feel that there is still so much inside of me. I travel a lot, I experience a lot and I am influenced by many things. I see the world as a much richer and more diverse place than not doing something just because a particular dish doesn't fit the style of the menu.

The biggest challenge for me has been balance.
I have found my sense of comfort – outside of my comfort zone.

Life is about change. One could say that this is consistency.

We are human – open to the world, but yet, we have our traditions. This is the melting point, where our childhood memories merge with all our experiences of the world. 

In 42 we capture the catharsis of traditions and the pulsating world.
